[Bwu-test-list] Test of new mailing list permissions

Hi, Kevin.

I've set up a test list on our new mailing list system (this list right here), with the configuration that I think should fix HRM's bounceback problems.

Essentially, it rewrites the 'From:' header of the e-mail, and sets the 'Reply-To' header to get replies to work in the way that we want. It's not an e-mail best practice, but it is not so offensive that it should break the Internet.

The test is for you to send a message to the list, and we'll see if the list's re-send back to you works. If it does, we should be fine once we move all our mailing lists to this new system. :-)
